*200 nmole (0.2 micromole) scale synthesis will yield typically 0.1-0.2 micromole (100-200 nmole) final product for a regular size, standard purity oligo.  Guaranteed minimum 10 OD260 (longer oligos) or 50 nmole (shorter oligos) for standard purity, non-modified oligos.  Modified oligos may have considerably lower yields.  Standard purity includes free desalting.  All oligos are quantified and three different units of measure are provided to the customer.  The relation between these three units is calculated by a computer, but as an approximation for a 20 base long oligo, 100 nmole equals approx. 20 OD260 units or 600 microgram.
