*1 micromole scale will yield typically 0.5-1.0 micromole final product for a regular size, standard purity oligo. Guaranteed minimum of 0.4 micromole final desalted product for shorter (10 to 25 bases long) oligos, or 50 OD260 units for longer oligos. Standard purity includes free desalting.
